ZenMarket - Complaint regarding non-delivery and delay of parcel

Dear ,

I would like to report an issue regarding the shipment of my parcel with tracking number *****.
Although I correctly indicated my home address for delivery, the parcel was not delivered to my residence. Furthermore:
- I did not receive any notification either at the post office or at home;
- the tracking information was updated only with a one-day delay, making it difficult to understand the actual status of the shipment;
- I did not receive any communication on how to recover or properly receive my parcel;

I have already submitted a complaint regarding the delay in delivery, which further worsened the inconvenience.
I consider this handling of the shipment unacceptable and kindly request clarification on what happened, as well as instructions on how I can promptly receive my parcel.
