I am writing to urgently request the reinstatement of my account, which I have operated diligently for many years. This sudden permanent suspension happened overnight, and the stated reason was that I allegedly manage multiple accounts. I must strongly clarify that I have always had one single account—nothing more.
I believe this situation may have arisen due to the DAC7 form that Vinted recently required. At that time, I mistakenly entered my partner’s name YIP TINg because all sales revenue from the platform has always been transferred to her bank account as the payout method. However, the Vinted account belongs to me, ***** Di Stefano. I am now providing my own tax number for re-verification. If this misunderstanding caused the platform to become suspicious, I sincerely apologize.
I have lost sleep for several days over this matter. Maintaining over 200 five-star ratings and becoming a trusted seller beloved by customers has not been easy. I hope the platform can also provide clear information in the future—for example, whether payouts cannot be sent to a family member’s bank account, or whether DAC7 information must not include family member details. The use of my wife’s information on the form was simply an oversight.
