I am extremely disappointed and shocked by your decision to refund the buyer for my €175 handbag. The buyer first claimed I sent an empty parcel, and after I provided multiple photos proving proper packaging with bubble wrap and a box, she suddenly changed her story to “item damaged.” This alone shows clear dishonesty.
I have 230 five-star reviews, and my packaging is always praised. This buyer has zero reviews, yet her inconsistent claims were accepted while my solid evidence was ignored. The conclusion that I “packed improperly” is completely baseless.
What is even more unacceptable is your message stating that the buyer may not need to return the item. This would mean I lose both my product and the money — rewarding dishonest behaviour.
I request an immediate re-evaluation of this case and a clear explanation of how such a contradictory claim was prioritized over evidence and a proven seller reputation. I refuse to accept being falsely accused and financially punished for fraud I did not commit.
