Vinted IT - 7 parcels shipped in blocked account

Hello Vinted Team,

My account was permanently blocked reason for a pair of hair clips , but before the suspension, I had [7 ] active orders that were already shipped using the prepaid Vinted shipping labels.
The total value of these orders is approximately €420.

All parcels were sent in good faith before I realized my account had been blocked, and I can provide proof of postage and tracking numbers for each shipment.
I’m writing to ask for clarification on how these transactions will be handled, and how I can receive my payments once the buyers confirm receipt or the parcels are delivered.
