Drivalia Italia - Complaint and refund of undue debit

On June 14th, I picked up a rental car from your Termini Station agency, in Rome. At the garage, the employees barely communicated with me. Because of that, and the damages of the car, I took pictures from all the perspectives. No incidents occurred during the trip.
When I returned the car at Fiumicino airport, I was told that the damage seen in the left front wheel wasn't pointed out by their colleague at Termini Station, and, as a result, I had to pay for it. As you can see at the photo attached, that damage already existed at the time the car was colleted (also confirmed by your employees at Fuimicino). However, I was told that I had to pay the cost, of €71,25, and that I should fill out a form (attachment) and send the complaint to *****, which I did on June 21 and July 9, without any response to this date.
As proven, the damage is unrelated to me, and I'm still waiting for the proper refund.
I appreciate your attention and quick resolution of this matter.
